Brian E. Tackett, Esq.

 

Brian Tackett received his law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2012 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa. Brian maintains a  practice that includes, but is not limited to, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Wills and Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation.

 

Brian is originally from Glenwood, Iowa, and received his Business Management degree with high honors from Bellevue University in 2008. Brian formed and managed several businesses in the Omaha metro area before attending law school. He is a member of the local bar association, a member of the Litigation, Taxation, Torts Trial & Insurance, and Criminal Justice sections of the American Bar Association, and a member of the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys.

Brian prides himself on his ability to relate to his clients not just as another case to handle, but as real people facing real problems.  In addition to being a strong advocate, he values compassion, kindness, and respect for those around him.

Brian is heavily involved with his family, church, and several non-profits in the area with an emphasis on helping meet people's basic needs and work with people struggling with mental health and/or substance abuse issues.

​

In addition to practicing law, Brian enjoys traveling, rehabilitating houses, working on vehicles, participating in motorsports, and riding motorcycles.
