Michele Madison

Michele is a highly skilled and dedicated Paralegal at Tackett Law Offices, boasting a robust educational background with an associate's degree in Business Management from Metropolitan Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Bellevue University. Her career began in 2014 as a legal assistant for a criminal attorney, a role she thoroughly enjoyed, which ignited her passion for the legal field and led her to pursue further education with the aim of attending law school. Michele's journey took her through various experiences, including working for a Family Law Attorney in Omaha, NE, before joining our office in October 2018.

What distinguishes Michele from her peers is her meticulous attention to detail and her love for her work. She embraces challenges head-on, preferring to research and attempt tasks independently before seeking assistance. Michele prides herself on building strong, meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and respected from the moment they walk into our office.

Michele's professional drive is fueled by her love for her job and the close-knit family atmosphere among our staff. Known for her willingness to work tirelessly, Michele's dedication is evident in her commitment to the firm and its clients. She lives by the philosophy that "Everything happens for a Reason" and believes in giving everyone a chance to be heard, which deeply influences her approach to client interactions and case management.

Her ability to connect with and serve clients is marked by excellent communication skills, ensuring clients are well-informed and their needs are met throughout their legal process. Outside of work, Michele runs her own notary business, Nebraska #1 Notary Services, and SportShotz Photography, capturing moments at sporting events and personal sessions. Despite her busy professional life, she finds joy in spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, and enjoys fishing, camping, and photography during hunting trips with her son and husband.

Michele's entry into the legal field was serendipitous. Following a downturn in her notary business due to the real estate market crash in 2012 and a challenging period of personal health issues, Michele sought a more stable role that could accommodate her family's needs. This search led her to a transformative position as an Office Manager/Legal Assistant, setting her on the path to where she is today, a journey she credits to the encouragement and support of her first attorney employer.

Michele aspires to make a significant impact in the legal field by fostering a comfortable and trusting environment for clients to share their stories, enabling her to effectively assist them. Her journey from overcoming personal challenges to becoming a pillar of support for our clients underscores her resilience, dedication, and the profound influence she has on those she helps through her work at Tackett Law Offices.
